Having worked in the food industry for well over a decade I learnt the importance of food & witnessed it evolve from just eating to becoming one of the foundations to a healthy life. After completing a degree in culinary arts & business I chose to master in Sports nutrition. I fell in love with fresh, wholesome food & wanted to learn more on how this impacted our body, our mind & our overall wellness so I continued my studies into nutritional therapy, mindful nutrition & more recently baby & child nutrition.
I aim to empower women with the knowledge, confidence & tools to navigate overall wellness in every day life. I believe in bringing it back to basics & not overcomplicating it to ensure you have a good foundation to work from which will last a life time.
